Autism Assessments
Peak Potential helps people identify if they are autistic.
We offer multi-disciplinary autism assessments in line with NICE guidelines and DSM-5-TR criteria.
We accept self-referrals for adults, children and young people.

Full cost of assessment and report: £1960 for people under 16, and £1840 for people over 16 years old.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service on receipt of an invoice.
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to confirm an assessment appointment. The balance will be due on receipt of the invoice.
Therapy sessions will be invoiced prior to the appointment and payment will be required beforehand to secure your appointment.
Travel is charged at £40 per hour (£10 increments for part hours), plus 50p per mile.
A fee of £40 will be payable for a missed appointment or late cancellation. Please do your best to notify us 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment, and I will gladly find time to reschedule.
A surcharge will be applied to weekend and bank holiday work, please contact me if you need to use this service.
